Delhi: Heavy Rain Brings Relief from Heat

Meteorologists predict a thunderstorm with light to moderate rain and sporadic heavy rain throughout the day over Delhi and the surrounding areas.

On Thursday morning, heavy rainfall was experienced in the national capital of Delhi. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasted moderate-to-heavy rainfall across the Delhi-NCR region throughout the day.

An IMD spokesperson stated that throughout the day heavy rainfall, they predict a thunderstorm with light to moderate rain and sporadic heavy rain over Delhi and the surrounding areas, along with persistent winds of 20 to 40 kmph.
